VINCI UK Developments invests in development activities across key sectors, working in partnership with both public and private sectors. This breadth of sector knowledge enables us to transfer and share knowledge and best practice both geographically throughout the UK and between the various sectors in which we operate, helping ensure that we deliver best-in-class developments.
We have the financial covenant, technical expertise and specialist resources as key benefits of being part of a pre-eminent global engineering group, thus underpinning the financial strength of our organisation to deliver our schemes and invest in success.
We are also an investor in and manager of Private Finance Initiative (PFI) schemes both for VINCI Plc, on behalf of its pension fund, and other external investors. On behalf of our public sector clients, our PFI schemes have comprised the design, build, finance and long-term operation of various asset classes, including;
- education facilities;
- healthcare;
- road and rail infrastructure and
- blue-light accommodation facilities.
We specifically focus on the importance and impact of the quality of place and wellbeing aspects for our communities in each sector, with a priority on identifying key potential interventions to support positive outcomes.
